The Folk of the Air by Holly Black Review by Antares The Cruel Prince is a riveting story about a human girl in Faerieland and Fae prince so cruel, so heartless, no one expects any good from him. Jude Duarte. What do I have to say about her? First off, she is incredible . No sarcasm, I've never loved a female character like her. She is witty, brave, cunning and daring. I am unbelievably in love with her and Cardan. Like who couldn't love them? I love their individual development and their relationship development. Both were amazing . But do you know what I love about reading books like The Cruel Prince? The PAINNNNN! If you read all three books, you'll know what I mean. I LOVE Cardan and Jude so much it hurts.   Wow. Wow. Wow. I can say that a hundred thousand more times and it still won't be enough. This duology is amazing! All the characters, the way Leigh laid the plot out, the development in the characters. I fell in love with every character and their faults. So unique, I'm famished. All quarantine, no book had made me feel this way: the desire to finish it in one whole sitting. And whenever I had to get up, it would be begrudgingly, as if I was being separated from a part of my soul. And even now, after finishing it, I want to sit once more through the rush of feelings, knowing what comes next.   The writing is flawless. Absolutely poetic. "Fear is a phoenix. Supernova by Marissa Meyer Review by Antares Oh, my God. Is it over? Is the epilogue really the epilogue? So, you're telling me the two people I wanted to get reunited never happened? Marissa! WHY!? Supernova is the third and final book of the Renegades trilogy. And I am happy to say the ending has both exceeded my expectations and made me scream. Now, I don't want to give out any spoilers but be warned that there will be moments in the book that will make you cry, or at least be sad. I quite like how things turned out and the fact that both Nova and Adrien just went along with everything like nothing chaotic just happened. Many questions are answered, and it answers many reasons of villainous doings. I was right to suspect Ace and Phobia. They both never really passed the vibe check. Archenemies by Marissa Meyer Review by Antares Honestly, I felt something different for the first book, but that doesn't mean Archenemies is bad, it's a five star from me. I just think Renegades had me dying to know what will happen next while Archenemies has me murdering to know what happens next.  There was a splendid development in Nova. She didn't become non-anarchist. She's still a villain according to her mind and the Anarchists. But definitely softer than before.  I would be lying if I said I didn't feel second hand guilt throughout Archenemies, especially every time I was in Adrien's head. Renegades  By Marissa Meyer Review by Antares Renegades is an amazing book, no doubt about it. There are countless things I love about it, but the top is and always will be Nova Artino. The setting and the pace of the story is wonderful, I think this is one of the best ways a story explained its universe. The writing was strong yet simple.
